What strength reading glasses do I need?
Reading glasses strength is measured in diopters, starting from +1.00 and increasing in steps like +1.25, +1.50, up to +3.00.
Use your age as a general guide to choose a power that feels comfortable for you. Lower powers are more suitable for screen use or mid-range tasks, while higher powers are better for fine print and close-up reading.
